Eat the City is here, and we’re going all out.
We’re teaming up with Anju for a one-night-only dinner collaboration that’s doing the absolute most (in the best way possible). Think bold Korean comfort food, unexpected twists, and perfectly paired Aslin beers. This isn’t just dinner, it’s a full-on flavor experience. And yes… we brewed a beer just for it.

Spring Salad: seasonal greens tossed with fragrant herbs and a bright vinaigrette
Anju Wings: Crispy, craveable wings
Cacio e Pepe Ddukbokki: Chewy rice cakes coated in a creamy, peppery, cheese-laced sauce
Galbi “Supreme” Collaboration Pizza: Galbi-style beef layered with gochujang depth, melty cheese, and a punch of perilla chili crunch.
Yuja Tiramisu: A citrusy twist on a classic!

Finally, Berry Bingsu Bomb: Our collaboration beer with Anju: Strawberry and Red Bean Sour inspired by the iconic shaved ice dessert.
