Join us for an in-person Ask The Experts event with two speakers who are both local mental health professionals: Ebony Clarke and Mary Rumbaugh. To Register, go to the linktree in our bio!
Ebony Sloan Clarke serves as the Oregon Health Authority’s behavioral health director. She previously worked for Multnomah County for 12 years, including service as Health Department Director and Behavioral Health Director. Before joining the county, Ebony worked as a Service Director of Child and Family Services at Lifeworks NW, overseeing child and family outpatient mental health, prevention, and culturally-specific adult mental health and addiction services. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ebony earned a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. She lives in Lake Oswego.

Mary Rumbaugh will become Director of Clackamas County’s Health, Housing & Human Services Department on January 2. She has served as the Behavioral Health Director for the past 10 years and worked in that division for a total of 25 years. Mary also has served as the Legislative Chair and President of the Oregon Association of Community Mental Health Programs and as Chair of the Trillium Community Health Plan North Board of Directors. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Portland. She lives in Damascus.
