Asian Wraps, Rolls, & Dipping Sauces

For ages 18 & up

Lighter than sandwiches and almost as easy to create, these wraps and rolls offer a variety of flavors and textures in every bite. You'll perfect the techniques that produce these light, protein- and veggie-stuffed lettuce wraps, egg rolls, and summer rolls along with two complementary sauces. As class ends, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handiwork. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

• Vietnamese Salad Rolls with Rice Noodles, Shrimp, & Herbs

• Crispy Spring Rolls with Ground Pork

• Sweet & Sour Sauce

• Peanut Sauce

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
