Come join me in Taupo for a weekend of Ashtanga this November :-) This promises to be a beautiful space for connection, growth, support and fun. I love sharing Ashtanga Yoga for EVERYONE, for those just starting on their journey, and those with decades of practice (I teach the first 3 series). Inspiring and challenging students, as much as encouraging softening and compassion. There will be asana/postures, pranayama/breathwork, mindfulness and more. If you love asking questions, join for for the technical sessions, when we will explore energy lines of poses through Eastern and Western anatomy, share stories, delicious food and possibly some handstand work thrown in for good measure!
