Hi all, I’m a yoga teacher in Bedminster starting a new class on Monday evenings at The Elephant House 🐘 .
This new class in Bedminster is inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga sequence with sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and finishing poses 🧘🏻♀️

No previous experience of yoga required! 🌞
.
We will include additional and alternative poses each week to complement the aim of the class, whether that’s working on backbends or perhaps focusing on other elements such as breath 💫
.
Classes will start quietly with some meditation or breath work (pranayama) 🌬️ we will build our internal fire with yoga asana 🔥 and close with a restful finishing sequence and savasana 😌
.
Expect to leave feeling more confident and grounded, with some yoga techniques and sequences that can be practiced at home 🌲

Please bring your own yoga mat 🕯️
