we will engage in a yoga flow that is guaranteed to get you out of your head and away from the parade of thoughts. this flow will facilitate healing of the mind and body, and connect you to your self. as a medicine that works with Divine energy, fitz-gerald will intuitively lead you into postures, movements, and meditative prayers and other expressions - which will aid in bringing relief and balance to ones physical, mental, and spiritual self.

then you will lay in silence and stillness as fitz-gerald guides you through a breathwork and meditation to connect you even deeper with your subconscious; in this state you are able to received healing and guidance for whatever is your set intention or to work on anything that may arise needing your attention. in the alpha state your creativity, peace of mind, and manifesting abilities are all enhanced.
