ArtRide: North

This 20km guided biking tour will explore public art that considers moments, stories, and ideas that make us who we are:

• Bokeh by Takashi Iwasaki and Nadi Design
• Bronze wolf statues by Peter Sawatzky
• Along the Creek by youth from Knowles Centre with Becky Thiessen
• Seesaw by Sylvia Choi + Daegeon Jeong (BENCHmark project)
• Life Journey by Kildonan-East Collegiate Girls’ Club with Denise Préfontaine
• Rainbow Butterfly by Rachelle Lemieux (St. John's Park)

Tour will run as scheduled rain or shine but will be cancelled in the event of a thunderstorm.

Tour participants are responsible to provide a bike and helmet. Ask us for bike rental recommendations! Bike Winnipeg volunteers will provide safety marshalls to direct us.

Tours routes are not a loop, but you can be marshalled back to the start if requested.

Remember to pack plenty of water and sunscreen. No facilities are accessible during this ride.
