Artist Talk with Gioia Fonda

Gioia Fonda is a multi-media artist and educator whose new series harkens back to her still-life work from almost 30 years ago. Enjoy a lively talk with Fonda that sets the stage for exploration into her interest in the relationships between objects, the influence of mentors such as Charlie Gill, and more. 


Visitors can view portraits of things: Paintings by Gioia Fonda and Charlie Gill on display at the Pence Gallery from October 9 - November 29, 2026.
