Artist Pop-Up! Mountain Heather Creations & George Gianakopoulos
Their space will be set up as a working sewing studio, demonstrating machine sewing and hand sewing.
Heather designs and handcrafts functional hats, bags and clothing using unique fabric and color combination that reflect Alaska's natural landscapes. Visitors will be able to pick out their own fabrics for a custom designed hat or garment, or shop from her large selection of handcrafted hats and more.
George is a local musician and fine artist. He'll be displaying his art quilts, made primarily of used and recycled clothing! George's quilts, pillow cases and pot holders will be available for purchase.
OPEN HOURS:
• Friday, June 26: 5:30-8:30pm
• Saturday, June 27: 10:30am-6:30pm
• Sunday, June 28: 10:30am-2:30pm
