Artful Yoga for families is a playful, beginner-friendly class where kids ages 3–12 and their grown-ups can stretch, move, and connect together. Through imaginative poses, simple breathing, and creative movement inspired by art, we’ll build focus, balance, and lots of smiles. Bring a mat or towels and come ready for a fun summer experience the whole family can enjoy.
