Breathing practices and soothing, ambient beats will guide your slow flow, allowing you to find a peaceful escape on your mat.

Emily Dalgo is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Seattle, WA.

She currently teaches weekly vinyasa and flow classes at 8 Limbs Yoga Center and Lululemon University Village Experiential Store. She has taught at the University of Washington through UW Recreation, where she also assists with UW’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Emily has extensive corporate yoga experience, having led classes for teams at Apple, Uber, Rover, and many more. As a Fitness Pro with Fitness Pro Travel Inc., Emily travels to teach yoga abroad at luxury resorts to guests from all over the world.
