Experience the energy, color, and emotion of Vincent van Gogh’s art in this hands-on painting workshop for adults of all skill levels. Whether you are new to painting or returning to a long-held creative passion, this workshop offers a supportive and inspiring space to explore expressive techniques.

Led by professional artist Kate Medvedok, the workshop is limited to 12 participants for a personalized, small-group experience. All supplies are provided, including acrylic paints, brushes, and your choice of canvas or paper.

  Learn how van Gogh created more than 2,000 artworks in just over 10 years, and how his bold brushstrokes, vibrant colors, and emotional honesty transformed modern art. Discover why he often painted the same subject multiple times—such as sunflowers and night skies—to explore movement, mood, and light.
• Explore color, texture, and movement — step by step
  Learn how van Gogh used thick, expressive brushwork (impasto), strong outlines, and contrasting colors to bring emotion and energy into his paintings. These techniques will be adapted into clear, guided steps using acrylic paint.
• Create your own Van Gogh–inspired artwork
  Focus on expressive color and dynamic brushstrokes rather than perfection, and leave with a finished piece you can proudly display.
