Art tour to V&A: The Language of Style: From Gothic to Neoclassicism
About this Event
Join us for an exciting in-person event at the V&A Museum South Kensigton!
Dive into The Language of Style: From Gothic to Neoclassicism and discover how art evolved through the ages.
During the tour, we will move through key moments in European art history, focusing on how visual language changes alongside society, beliefs, and cultural ideals.
We will explore the main characteristics of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical styles through selected works and decorative objects at the V&A Museum.
By the end of the tour, you'll have a new way of reading art—seeing not only what is depicted, but the ideas, beliefs, and stories hidden beneath the surface.
We meet near the reception area of the V&A Museum South Kensington from CROMWELL ROAD entrance side . I will be standing in front of the reception with green silk scarf.
