What does it mean to nourish yourself: not just physically, but emotionally?That's the question at the heart of Art Therapy Open Studio Sessions @ Wasuka, a new series brought to you by The Red Pencil Singapore, in collaboration with Every Mind Matters and Wasuka Art Gallery.Running across three Saturdays—25 April, 30 May, and 27 June 2026—each session offers a facilitated space for self-expression, reflection, and connection through art-making. The theme, Comfort Food for the Soul, invites participants to revisit personal memories and meaningful experiences through creative exploration.Each session is led by a registered art therapist with specialist training in therapeutic practice. No prior art experience is required; only a willingness to be present.Held at Wasuka Art Gallery, 81 Joo Chiat Road, the sessions are open to the public.
