Have you ever gazed at a piece of art and wondered about the story behind it, only to find yourself creating one in your mind? Art Speaks brings that imaginative process to life by pairing visual art with creative writing.

Here’s how it works: Writers are challenged to craft a story or poem inspired by an artwork they receive—without any prior information about the piece. Their creativity takes center stage as they reveal new narratives inspired by the art.
