The Art League Presents “A LOTTO Art” — Annual Fundraiser Blending Art, Chance, and Community
Art Place Gallery invites the community to take part in one of its most anticipated and entertaining events of the year: “A LOTTO Art,” the Art League’s annual fundraiser. The Drawing event will be held at Marked Tree Vineyard, 623 Deep Gap Rd, Flat Rock on Satuday, August 28th. All the artwork will on view August 5 through August 28, with an opening reception on August 7 from 5–7 pm at the Art Place Gallery, 730 Locust Street, Hendersonville.
“A LOTTO Art” offers a unique twist on collecting art. Guests purchase a ticket for a chance to win an original artwork donated by one of the Art League’s talented member artists. Each ticket holder is guaranteed to go home with a piece of art—but which one remains a surprise until the final drawing.
The exhibition will showcase a diverse range of artwork across styles and mediums, giving visitors an opportunity to preview the pieces before the big reveal.
The excitement culminates on Friday, August 28 with a celebratory drawing event at Marked Tree Vineyard. Attendees will enjoy an evening of art, community, and light fare, including cheese and charcuterie, as winning selections are made and artworks find their new homes.
Proceeds from the event provide critical, unrestricted funding that supports exhibitions, educational programs, and outreach initiatives throughout the year.
