The Art of Flavour

Join us on November 22 for a sumptuous three-course meal from Sean Finnerty of Parsons Brewing. Beverage pairings for this event will be from Jonas Newman of the Grange of Prince Edward Winery.

Art of Flavour is an eight-night fine dining series that blends culinary excellence with education. Each evening features a menu created by renowned guest chefs and executed by the chef and culinary students, paired with selections from local wineries. A winemaker will guide guests through the wine pairings, providing insights on the wines served. Proceeds from the event will support the Extraordinary Learning Fund, which provides Loyalist students with opportunities to take learning outside the classroom.
