The Art of Flavour

Join us on November 1 for a three course meal by Chef Jamie Beeston of Barbacoa Boyz - known for the fusion of Carribean, Mexican and Canadian flavours. Beverage pairings for this event will be from JJ Syer of Rosehall Run.

Art of Flavour is an eight-night fine dining series that blends culinary excellence with education. Each evening features a menu created by renowned guest chefs and executed by the chef and culinary students, paired with selections from local wineries. A winemaker will guide guests through the wine pairings, providing insights on the wines served. Your guest chef will explain the evening's menu. Proceeds from the event will support the Extraordinary Learning Fund, which provides Loyalist students with opportunities to take learning outside the classroom.
