The perimenopause can be a time of huge upheaval; it’s like being a teenager all over again, but this time with grown up responsibilities in tow!
Claire has been running Art of Change support groups and workshops for 10 years, and offers a safe and nurturing
space in which to express your feelings & explore your hopes and fears. Using guided visualisation, heartful
communication, NLP exercises and creative activities, she will give you the support and
encouragement needed to step into the next stage of your life with heart, soul, humour and enthusiasm;
recognising the opportunities for empowerment, wisdom , authenticity and wildness that this life stage brings.
Cost: sliding scale of £120-£175, pay what you can.
