A thoughtfully staged scene will include a live sitter, a still life arrangement, and background elements, giving each participant the freedom to choose what draws their eye. You may focus on a single element or combine the figure, objects, and space into a complete composition—the choice is yours.
This class is open to absolute beginners through advanced artists. Whether you are just starting out or looking to deepen your observational skills, guided instruction will be provided throughout the session, with demonstrations and individual support tailored to your experience level.
Participants are welcome to work in any medium they choose. Drawing materials will be provided at no additional cost. Painting supplies are available for an additional $35, or you may bring your own preferred materials.
Expect a friendly, encouraging atmosphere that emphasizes learning, experimentation, and personal expression. Come ready to observe, explore, and enjoy the process of creating from life in a supportive group setting.
