Join us for a unique Art for Wellbeing Workshop designed to explore how art can be a powerful tool for understanding and expressing your true self. In this session, we’ll focus on the concept of “masking” – the ways we hide or alter parts of ourselves to fit in or feel safe – and how we can use art to connect with our authentic identity.

Led by our creative counsellor at the Whitehead Ross Newquay office, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to create, reflect, and connect with others. No prior art experience is needed – just bring yourself and an open mind!
