Welcome to Art Club by Drake May!!!! We are so excited for another class!!!
Drake, my 13 year old son, started this Club in 2021.
***CLAY DAY!!!***
This week Drake will be joining the class in creating with Clay! This will be a Freestyle class and the kids can create whatever they'd like. It's Air Dry Clay, so no ovens needed.
Fee: $3 per kid
MUST be paid a week before class or earlier, so I can order supplies.
(different Art forms coming soon)
What to Bring: Clay & play dough tools to shape and carve your Clay. We will provide all the Clay and will also bring some tools for the kids to borrow.
Open to All ages! Normally we get 4- 15year olds.
**1st & 3rd Wednesday every month for Homeschoolers. (usually)
Please RSVP: So we have an accurate amount of kids who want to attend so we can make sure we have enough seats for everyone.
What to Expect: The kids will take turns grabbing their bag of Clay and taking it to their seats. Then they will spend the first hour of class molding their Clay into what they want. cup, bowl, character, ect. The the last 30mins will be showing off their Art Pieces to encourage confidence, and then clean up.
We are coming together to enjoy a subject that we all love, while making friends and memories!!!!
Parents do NOT have to stay in the Class room if your child is over 5years old. You just need to stay on the Public Library Grounds.
Parents are welcome to sit with their child or at the back of the room at the extra tables as well.
