• Please purchase your tickets before arriving — seating is not guaranteed for walk-ins, and events often fill quickly

• Check-in opens at 6:15 PM
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, feel free to enjoy the hotel bar & lounge while we finish setting up your creative space

• All minors must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian

• All ticket sales are final
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason
• If you cannot attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your seat to a friend or loved one for this event — they may simply check in under your name
• No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable
• Guests under 12, or any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, may be refused service without refund (rare but required to state)
