Check-in opens at 6:15 PM
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, feel free to enjoy the hotel bar & lounge while we finish setting up your creative space

Ages 12+ only
All minors must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian

Full food and bar service is available for purchase
No outside food or beverages allowed (hotel policy)
The bar is also a lovely little landing spot if you’re early

All ticket sales are final
No refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your seat to a friend or loved one — they may simply check in under your name
Each ticket may be transferred once
No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable
Guests under 12, or any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, may be refused service without refund (rare but required to state)
