This class is open to all levels and offers a welcoming space to explore both art and writing.You’ll combine journaling with visual art using mixed media like paint, black out poetry, collage, and markers. Prompts and guided exercises will help spark ideas and encourage self-reflection.
Learn how to express thoughts, emotions, and stories through color, texture, and words. You’ll also get tips on adding poetry and personal writing to your pages.
This class promotes mindfulness and creativity. It’s a great way to slow down, experiment, and enjoy a night of self-care.
By the end, you’ll leave with four expressive journal pages and the tools to keep creating. Beginners and returning students are welcome!
