Art Buffet invites you to explore your creativity in a welcoming space for all that encourages mental-wellness. Every Wednesday, we gather for self-directed, no-pressure art-making, where we provide the materials and the encouragement!
Additionally, join in on a large collaborative tapestry weaving project, reflecting on how community art spaces bind us together and spin new threads of connection.
Come join us every Wednesday, 12 - 4 p.m. from June 3 to July 29 in Allard Hall Main Atrium outside the Mitchell Art Gallery. Share in dialogue and skill-sharing between people of different backgrounds, ages, cultures, and abilities as we explore art-making for boosting mental health. A buffet of art materials awaits!
