James Hollingsworth's Pink Floyd Night returns to Shepton, once again with lighting and projections by Lucynation and Dr Love Vinyl Revival.This gig is part of James' tour celebrating 50 Years of the classic album Wish You Were Here - on the exact day of the anniversary of the release on 12 Sept 1975!
In his all-live uniquely solo show, James uses modern Looping technology, with live percussion, voice and guitar effects to build complex arrangements in real time, with no pre-recorded backing tracks!
Jay Legge of Lucynation uses a plethora of oil-wheel projectors, using the original designs pioneered at early Pink Floyd shows, with which he illuminates the entire venue with continuously evolving psychedelic colours! As if that wasn't enough, Dr Love Vinyl Revival will be setting up screens for cinematic projections of the original footage from Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here tour and much more throughout the evening, making for a feast of sound and vision.
