Art "Therapy" Workshop

We will be exploring some relaxing ways to make marks with a variety of drawing media, exploring connecting the mind and body through expressive line making with a range of pastel tempera paint sticks and metallic markers on assorted papers to ultimately create a beautifully harmonious composition. The Art Club owner and artist, Virginia Fretto, will guide all participants through a variety of inspiring prompts to quiet the mind and open creative expression. No prior art experience needed, and this workshop will be fulfilling to all levels of creatives. Attendees will leave with their finished art composition & a set of 6 tempera paint sticks to continue to explore their art practice at home.
