Come experience a HYROX Sim (simulated event) featuring official Centr equipment used on race day. Whether you are looking to get race ready or simply want to see what all the fun is about, our HYROX-certified instructors will give you a first-hand look at the pacing, movement standards, and intensity that define the HYROX race.Participants will choose between a full or half simulation experience. Full sim listed below:
✔️Running (1000m) to start, and repeat that run between each station listed below:
✔️SkiErg (1000m)
✔️Sled Push (50m)
✔️Sled Pull (50m)
✔️Burpee Broad Jumps (80m)
✔️Rowing (1000m)
✔️Farmers Carry (200m)
✔️Sandbag Lunges (100m),
✔️Wall Balls (100 reps).
Half sim will cut all the distances and reps in half.
For those registering solo, you will tackle the above list at your own pace and ability. For those registering for doubles, you will both run together, but then divide up the work in each station however you see fit, with only one partner working at a time. Make sure to have your partner register and pay for this event separately.
Weather dependent, the run might be outside. Come prepared.
This event could take you anywhere from 30 min (half) to over 2 hours (full). We will be staggering start times based on registration. You will be assigned a start time 48 hours ahead event day to help you prepare.
