“Art & Quality Creative Experiences in the Early Years Setting”

This Community of Practice event and Ealrly Years Workshop aims to create an environment for learning, reflection and sharing of knowledge for educators on their experiences as artists and facilitators of creative learning experiences for young children.

During this event, participants will have the opportuinty to discuss how to use gallery spaces or the work of artists as inspiration to enhance the quality of their early years learning environment. There will also be two creative hands-on workshops for educators to explore a variety of art processes.

Local Artists Caoimhe and Jenny have been facilitating early years Art sessions within the HIghlanes Gallery and many other settings including ELC services for several years and this event is kindly supported by The Arts Council of Ireland, Arts in the Early Years
