About this Event

What happens to art that lives outside? In this hands-on workshop, children ages 3–8 and their caregivers explore outdoor sculptures at the museum and learn how conservators care for artworks exposed to sun, rain, and more. Then, kids make their own outdoor art and observe how it stands up to the elements, just like experts do.

When registering, please register for one ticket per person (kids and adults). Based on limited capacity in the gallery and classroom, this will help give us an accurate count.

There are two sessions, each lasting about 1.5 hours. Please register for the session that would work best with your schedule.
