About this Event
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Arriba las Mujeres, Day 2: Dia de las Chingonas vendor market on Nov 16th! We are seeking to support Latina owned business and community resource vendors throughout our three regions, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio!
Arriba Las Mujeres, a program of Jolt Initiative, is designed to provide young Latinas with training tools on digital organizing, public speaking, issue-based advocacy, and civic engagement. ALM is a 2 day event. You're invited to join our virtual day one session, free of charge! Day 1 - Virtual Session: November 9th | 11am – 2:30pm, Topics: Mental Wellness and Financial Inclusion

Day 2 - In-Person Networking and Panel Discussion Event: Nov 16th | 11am -2:30 pm
This years theme: Dia de las Chingonas, (Dia de las muert@s theme)
Vendor Information: Arriba las Mujeres, Day 2: Dia de las Chingonas will host a vendor market on Nov 16th, 2024.
Set up time: 9am-10:30 am, all set up should be complete by 11am when market opens, market will run until 4pm.
Market is occurring in 3 regions, Market in Dallas and San Antonio are indoor and Houston is outdoor (covered and uncovered parking lot)
📍 Houston: Jolt Office, 241 N Milby Suite D, Houston, Texas 77003
📍 San Antonio: University of Incarnate Word
📍 Dallas/ FW: Owenwood Farm and Neighbor Space, 1451 John West Rd, Dallas, TX 75228
Electricity provided upon request and not available in all areas, market may be an outdoor event. Covered areas available on a first come , first serve basis.
If selected as vendor, you agree to the following requirements and agreements,
Vendor Requirements & Agreements
1. As a vendor you agree that we hold no liability for you, your business or any of your customers.
2. All vendor property brought to the event will be the responsibility of the vendor.
3. Vendor agrees and is responsible for having all permits, certifications, licensing, etc. related to operating their business and/or handling.
4. Unless otherwise noted, Vendors agree that there is no electricity provided at this location.
5. Unless otherwise noted, Vendors agree to showcase their business within the provided space.
6. Vendor agrees that they are responsible for all their own setup, materials, and equipment to showcase their business.
7. Vendor agrees to take care and be respectful of the venue and market. If a vendor breaks something that belongs to the venue or market, they are liable to pay for it.
8. Vendor agrees to arrive at scheduled set-up time, must be completely setup by event start time, and stay through entire event. Vendors who breakdown early will not be asked to return to any upcoming events.
9. Vendor agrees to the Marketing agreement.
10. Vendor agrees to the photographs for promotional graphics agreement.
Marketing Agreement:
As a vendor you agree to promote event participation across your social media page(s)
Vendor Donation: There is no fee for participating as a vendor at our Arriba las Mujeres vendor market. We are asking for a donation of $30.00, your generous donation will helps us provide free Arriba Las Mujeres programming to all self-identifying Latinas across Texas!
We are also giving away 50 goodie bags to 1st 50 people to show up, we would appreciate promotional item donations. Door Prizes will be given away donations are appreciated as well.
