About the Speaker: Meg Vos is from West Michigan, and is a Holistic Brain Coach and and Holistic Health Educator. She travels the U.S. teaching others about simple ways to balance mental wellness and holistic health. Her passion for women's health started with her own health battles and since finding her own healing journey, uses her expertise to teach other women how to do the same.
Join Meg and local health coach Dalisa Garrett-Gaillard, while they guide you through different ways to make your health as a woman, simple and effective.
Many of the tools being discussed in this workshop are from doTERRA, a holistic health and wellness company. Some can be found at your local health food store or right at home.
