Join us in the beautiful surroundings of Goodnestone Park Gardens for an afternoon of deep relaxation and nature connection.

Facilitated by Sarah Vaughan, Holistic Eco Therapist and Louise Burgess, Breathwork and Meditation Teacher, this workshop offers you space to enjoy deep, calming meditation in nature, as well as a chance to create and blend your own bespoke aroma reflexology wax to take home with you. Sarah will teach you about reflexology and how you can use some simple hand reflexology techniques to support your health and wellbeing.
The afternoon will be topped off with tea and cake in the Old Dairy Cafe.
