Designed to support your health and well-being during the colder months, this session focuses on using protocols to enhance digestion, boost vitality, and cultivate deep nourishment. This workshop offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of touch point aromatherapy as a powerful tool for self-care and seasonal alignment. You’ll leave with practical skills and confidence to integrate Aroma Fusion into your daily routine. For ease of participation please consider wearing comfortable, loose clothing. We will be placing properly diluted oils on different points upon the body that may include abdomen, shins, etc.
