Aroma & Presence: Community Connection

An intimate community experience inviting you to slow down, engage your senses, and be present through scent, mindful breathing, and gentle movement.

In the midst of busy days, we don't always make space to pause and notice how we feel. Aroma & Presence offers an opportunity to step away from the everyday, tune into yourself, and connect with others in a welcoming, relaxed setting.

✨ Together, we will:

• Explore scent as an invitation to be present
• Practise mindful breathing
• Experience gentle movement with awareness
• Make space for personal reflection and shared connection

Whether you're looking for a little breathing room, a chance to unwind, or simply a meaningful moment to pause, you're welcome here.

Open to all levels. Limited spots available. Please bring your own mat.
