Aroha Kirtan Meditation - Free Event:
Come and join us 7pm Saturday 4th October at the Papakura Marae, 29 Hunua Road Papakura 2110, for a family friendly event which will be a music filled evening that will soothe the heart and mind.
Everyone is welcome.

Aroha Kirtan Meditation
Kirtan is the hearing and chanting of transcendental sound or mantras. By meditating on these beautiful transcendental sounds we can free the heart and mind of the stress and anxieties of daily life and begin to taste the inner happiness that we are always searching for.
Free vegetarian / vegan refreshments - GF option available
