Fantastic FREE event at York Community stadium sponsored by LNER, to celebrate and give thanks to our local armed forces communities past and present as part of the city’s Armed Forces Day commemorations.
Two teams from the British Army (playing as York Garrison) will compete against North Yorkshire Police in this inaugural event. It promises to be a thrilling duo of matches.
Turnstiles open 11am; Ladies kick off 12pm and Men’s kick off 2:30pm.
There will be on pitch family entertainment in between matches and in the Fan Zone throughout.
Donations being collected for Defence Medical Welfare Services charity who support injured armed forces and blue light personnel.
