Westcourt Tango are delighted to welcome back to Shepherdswell, as part of his 2026 Tour, Pablo Nievas, from Buenos Aires.
Pablo has toured and taught Argentine Tango all over the world visiting many countries including: France, Germany, Italy, England, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Greece, Finland, Poland, Bulgaria, Canada, Australia, The Arab Emirates, The United States, Malaysia, Central and South America.
He has more than 40 years of experience teaching and performing Argentine Tango.
No stranger to Westcourt Tango, Pablo is a regular visitor when on his European Tours, and we are very much looking forward to his visit to Westcourt Tango on Sunday 10th May 2026.
The day will consist of two wonderful one-and-a-half hour workshops with Pablo as follows:
11.00am. Bringing the Music into your Dance.
Explore with Pablo, how to dance to the different tango orchestras, from D'Arienzo to Di Sarli.
1.15pm Spice Up Your Vals. Pablo will show us how to make our Vals moves more interesting by adding Planeos and Adornos.
Minimum 12 months regular tango experience needed for both workshops.
There will be a break for lunch between the two workshops. You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch. Tea and Coffee will be available.
Booking for the workshops is essential. In the first instance please e-mail [email protected] to reserve a place. Places will be confirmed once payment has been made.
1 Workshop £23 per Person - includes Admission to the Tango Tea Dance.
2 Workshops £40 per Person - includes Admission to the Tango Tea Dance.
Numbers will be limited to ensure personal attention.
No booking is needed for the Tea Dance, which starts at 3pm.
Tea Dance only £12 per person.
