Argentine Tango for Beginners
Do you want to learn Argentine Tango? Tango comes from Argentina. It is a beautiful and powerful dance. Come and dance with us!
Who can join?:
Everyone is welcome.
People who are seeking asylum or have temporary protection in Sweden will have priority if the course becomes full.
We want people to meet each other and learn from each other. The teachers adapt their language so everyone can understand.
About the course:
You will learn the basics of Argentine Tango and simple dance steps. You will practice both leading and following.
Tango is a partner dance, so we dance in pairs.
The goal of the course is that you can join prácticas. A práctica is an open meeting where you can practice tango with other dancers.
About the teachers:
The course is led by Aldo and Linn from Tango08.
They enjoy teaching and want you to discover Argentine Tango and how fun it is.
Aldo and Linn have many years of experience teaching tango. They also organize dance evenings (milongas) and practice sessions (prácticas).

September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
October 6, 13, 20
(No class on October 27 – autumn holiday)
November 3, 10, 17, 24
December 1, 8, 15
Time: 7:00 PM–8:00 PM
