Join us for the Third time!! You are invited to explore the profound intersection of grief and anger in this community gathering. Where all who wish to receive support while tending to their emotional needs are welcome.
If your anger had a voice what would it say? How would it want to be witnessed and heard? What’s been bottled up inside that needs to be expressed? Join us in this transformational container where we meet our anger with loving awareness while being seen in all of our ferocious glory! Uncovering the grief hidden within the white-hot anger we hold.
Anger serves as a guide to identify where our boundaries have been crossed. It is a sacred teacher and one that can become a powerful ally when we embrace it. Imagine how it would it feel to harness your rage rather than shy away from it. It’s amazing how much things shift in your favor by embodying this often-untapped resource. That well of rage stored within, lying dormant, until now. Facing our demons is always a challenge. We often prioritize the positives and overlook the hidden magic within our shadows. By gathering in a sacred space and openly sharing our truths, we reclaim our strength and embrace the full range of our emotions. This liberation allows us to move beyond labeling experiences as good or bad, inviting more light into our lives.
Sacred Rage offers a safe space for you to honor and explore your deep emotions, uncovering aspects of yourself that may have been restricted, forgotten, shut off, or repressed. Here, you can release yourself from heavy emotional burdens and transmute that energy into potential.
This Ceremony is for you if:
- Your needs were unmet as a child.
- You lost loved ones too soon.
- You struggle with the unfairness of it all.
- You ruminate on what you could’ve said after an event occurred.
- You’re afraid to let it all out.
- You shut down during arguments.
- You blame yourself when people get angry.
- You feel taken advantage of or used.
- You can’t stand the injustice of how humans are being treated in the world.
- You feel criticized, rejected, disrespected, stressed, powerless, etc.
- You take your anger out on yourself or others.
Facilitated by Marcia Conlon of Iries Crystals Death Doula & Julie Ferguson of Vivacious Spirits. Combining our shared gifts of grief work and shamanic healing practices. We will move through the elements of fire, water, earth, air, and spirit while supporting you on this journey. Join us as we tap into our wild side and break down the barriers of grief and anger. When we meet ourselves with compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance, we ascend to new levels of authentic expression. It is time for the spiritual tantrum you’ve been waiting for!
