On February 2nd, the New World Tavern & Inebri-Art will host The Roast of Jordan Chabot, where local hospitality industry friends will take the stage to serve up a buffet of comedy hotter than Speedwell’s wings.Jordan, who somehow managed to combine a love of craft beer and fried food into a full-time career, will be the center of attention—and by attention, we mean lovingly brutal jokes about his life, his work, and his questionable choices in friends. This isn’t just about taking down Plymouth’s pub prince; it’s about lifting up local school performing arts programs, with a portion of every ticket sale going to support the arts (because let’s face it, roasting Jordan is a performing art in itself).
