I will take you through a gentle guided meditation, drawing in colours to heal and calm the mind, body and soul. I will use my healing drum and other musical instruments to further the healing and clear away what needs to be released.You will need to bring a thick mat or similar to lay on, together with blankets and cushions to help you to be comfortable, so you to can fully emerse and benefit from this unique healing session.
