MONIQUE ACTON is an experienced presenter, consultant, and online exercise coach, who specializes in creating medical exercise programs. Monique is an author for Akwa magazine, an AEA Aquatic Training Specialist, and assists in developing workshops
and online programs with AEA. She is a Medical Exercise Specialist Trainer and a Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist with the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehab Professionals.
