The Full Moon in Aquarius invites us to break free from old patterns, reconnect with our authentic selves, and remember that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in community.
This month’s ceremony is an invitation to release what no longer aligns, quiet the noise of everyday life, and create space for greater clarity, freedom, and self-trust. Aquarius encourages us to embrace our uniqueness, honor our truth, and envision the life we’re ready to step into.
Together, we’ll move through an intentional evening designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through a blend of embodied healing practices and meaningful connection.
Our ceremony includes:
• Somatic movement to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension
• Heart-centered Reiki energy healing
• A welcoming talking circle to connect, share, and be witnessed
• Oracle card guidance for personal reflection
• Thoughtfully curated journal prompts
• A guided meditation to cultivate inner awareness
• A deeply restorative crystal sound bath to integrate the evening’s healing
Whether you’re navigating change, seeking deeper connection, or simply longing for a moment to pause, this ceremony offers a safe and supportive space to soften, reconnect, and return to yourself.
No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
Please bring a journal, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
