The evening begins with a relaxing and restorative sound healing journey, then join Michelle Alva & Eileen Moran as they guide you through gentle floating sequences and conscious breathing techniques in our therapeutic warm water pool. Through fluid movements inspired by Watsu and mindful breathing practices, you'll experience deep relaxation and release of physical tension; enhanced mind-body connection; and natural energy renewal.
