Hosted in the Rooted Creative studio and built for movement, connection, and a chance to meet new people!

Elizabeth’s mat class will be a classical inspired format. Her goal is for all clients to work hard, feel at home in themselves and have fun while they practice! This class will be accessible for all fitness levels while still offering opportunities to push yourself and try new things. Limited spots available.
