Welcome Bad Hunters to our April Monthly Potluck!Veganize Your Favorite Comfort Food! Think mac 'n cheese, pastas, soups, desserts...whatever makes your belly warm and full, with a sprinkle of nostalgia!
Moving forward, we'd like to transition to zero waste potlucks, as much as possible. You're encouraged to BYO your own place setting (dishes, utensils/serving utensils, glassware, napkins). We will have back up dishware in case anyone forgets or joins last minute. Bring Tupperware for your leftovers -- any lingering scraps might be fed to the piggies! Oink, oink!
As always, everyone is welcome, from the veg to veg-curious. Ingredients should be labeled on an index card to keep in mind those with certain food allergies. All dishes should be 100% vegan (no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, or honey) BYO your beverage of choice! You do not need to bring a dish to attend -- we always have plenty to share & we love meeting new friends.
This gathering will take place at Chickweed Sanctuary in West Asheville. Our very own Liz has graciously offered to host so we can meet her beloved animals and spoon a pig!
