11am-12pm: YMCA Food Truck

YMCA Food Truck Program comes once a month to give free produce to anyone. No need to be a YMCA or WellCare member! Many assortments of grocery food items are distributed and they always have plenty.

12pm-1pm: Nutrition Class

Learn all about the importance of healthy eating habits and how to make nutritious food choices. Our expert instructor from EFNEP will guide you through the basics of nutrition and help you understand how to create balanced meals. This in-person event is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and meet like-minded individuals. Don't miss out on this chance to improve your health and well-being!
