Want to level up your acro practice?The six week / six session series will take you beyond beginner washing machines like ninja star and four step while we explore the wacky world of L-based acroyoga. Get ready for hands-free skills and weird balances.
This series has prerequisites! We require you to be comfortable with four-step and ninja star (spotting encouraged!) to take this series. Please message us if we have questions about the pre-reqs.
The six-class series is taught by Bryce Hodgkinson, who has been leading acroyoga classes for 9 years.
Classes are held in a facility with soft mats. The only equipment we require you to bring is your favourite athletic clothing and water.
You're welcome to sign up with friends or by yourself!
Times: 8PM to 9:30PM, Tuesdays, April 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, and 19th.
